Postoperative complication rates (OR 1.29, 95% CI [0.78, 2.14], p = 0.32), continence rates (OR 1.29, 95% CI [0.90, 1.83], p = 0.16), and erectile function (OR 0.86, 95% CI [0.52, 1.40], p = 0.54) did not differ significantly between approaches.
