Tetralogy of Fallot with Anomalous Left Anterior Descending Coronary Artery :A Rare Repair A Case Report and Review of Literature

1 20-year-old male patient with Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), anomalous left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) arising from the right sinus of Valsalva, large ventricular septal defect (VSD), small atrial septal defect (ASD), large patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), and a major aortopulmonary collateral (MAPCA).

Surgical total correction including trans-ventricular and trans-annular autologous pericardial patchplasty with a monocusp valve, excision of parietal and septal bands, anastomosis of left internal mammary artery (LIMA) to the distal segment of deliberately sacrificed LAD, VSD closure with Dacron patch, direct ASD closure, and ligation of PDA and MAPCA.

Successful surgical correction and hospital discharge
