The object of this work is to report the scientific literature dealing with territorial policies in Western Europe in the last decade. A large part of the central government intervention (on the subject of industry, agriculture. tax or transport for example) has, of course, territorial implications. In order to delimit the field of our study, we have chosen the most explicit policies on the subject.
