Abstract

HEO provide a new cellular system for toxicology testing, drug metabolism, modeling liver diseases, and regenerative medicine. Especially benefiting from the high expression of CYP450 activity, SB-HEO shows high potential in the fields of drug testing and regenerative medicine.
