AIMS: We aimed to investigate the association between the HALP score and in-hospital mortality in patients with non-ST segment myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). MATERIALS AND METHODS: In this retrospective study participants were divided into two groups, based on the median HALP score. Findings were compared between the groups. RESULTS: < 0.001) were independently associated with in-hospital mortality. CONCLUSIONS: According to the current study, the HALP score was independently associated with in-hospital mortality in patients with NSTEMI. Moreover, HALP score might be used as a predictor of in-hospital mortality in this population.
