Purpose: To investigate the performance of chest photon-counting CT (PCCT) at low-dose (LD) and ultralow-dose (ULD) in young musculoskeletal malignancy patients with pulmonary metastasis and compare with prior standard-dose energy-integrating CT (EICT).
