Using rotary viscometry rheology was studied for ternary solvent mixtures composed of water, 1,4‐dioxane and one of such organic solvents as acetic acid, acetone, acetonitrile, N,N‐dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, formamide, methanol, 1‐propanol or pyridine. The structure of solvates was determined and the intermolecular interactions involved are discussed.
