This paper, is part of ITE ETD and provides critical corrections and formal refinements to the definition of the total energy field associated with a moving body. It also rectifies the derivation of the unitary Lagrangian from which the Ampère - Maxwell equation is fundamentally obtained, strengthening the theoretical consistency of the model.
