The continued evolution of feminist technology frameworks demonstrates a dynamic interaction between established theories and contemporary applications, confronting fundamental concerns related to gender, power, and representation in technological landscapes. This article introduces a novel unified framework, termed MetaTech Feminism, which synthesizes knowledge from 14 distinct feminist approaches identified through preliminary research to effectively confront systemic disparities in technology (FemTech). Through a comprehensive assessment utilizing systematic review and thematic analysis, this article examines the relationships between these predetermined 14 FemTech approaches and organizes them into five core elements of MetaTech Feminism: Inclusivity and Intersectionality, Ethical Responsibility, Sustainability and Environmental Justice, Social and Economic Equity, and Adaptability and Forward-Thinking. The results demonstrate the distinctive contributions of individual FemTech interventions and the synergistic advantages of their combined application. The MetaTech Feminism framework aspires to bridge the gap between theoretical robustness and practical applicability, thereby encouraging a comprehensive engagement with technological design, policy, and practice. This integration enhances the practical use of feminist theory and promotes inclusive, ethical, and sustainable technological advancements aligned with social justice principles, while retaining the diverse perspectives that enrich feminist technology studies.
