ABSTRACT Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc) are opportunistic and environmental pathogens associated with nosocomial bacteremia, yet data from low-income countries are scarce. Here, we report the draft whole-genome sequences of Bcc from blood cultures of admitted patients ( n = 16) and the hospital environment ( n = 5) at the Manhiça District Hospital.
