Personalization stands for a better way to communicate and do business. Personalization is an opportunity that must be identified and designed to be useful and usable. Simply stated, personalization is about building customer loyalty by building a meaningful one-to-one relationship. Personalization finds its realm in all spheres, and is not restricted to the Internet alone. There is no single answer or solution to personalization, as it entails case-by-case review.
