A Review and Critique of Research Using Servqual

The following thesis titled as, Quality of service with the use of technology applied to urban monitoring in the area of citizen security of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín; Its general objective is to propose the appropriate technology and applied to urban monitoring to improve the quality of security service of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín. Its specific objectives are: Identify and suggest the technology applied to urban monitoring in the area of citizen security of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín, determine the quality of service provided by the citizen security area of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín and demonstrate the relationship of the use of technology applied to urban monitoring in the quality of service provided by the citizen security area of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín. the development of the present thesis, the existing technology was identified through a survey, observation and interview test. For the development of the mobile application, the PHP programming language was used, such as Mysql database and mobile teams to do the respective tests of the prototype, as well as a free server in the cloud. a result of using the mobile application and seeing the influence directly on citizen satisfaction, it can be concluded that the technology applied to urban monitoring is related to the quality of service of the citizen security area of the Provincial Municipality of San Martín.
