In this letter, we study on deploying multiple UAV-Mounted mobile base stations (MBS) to provide wireless coverage for ground users (GU). Our aim is to minimize the number of deployed UAV-MBSs, and the novelty is that we jointly take the service ability of UAV-MBSs and the different QoS requirements of GUs into considerations, which have not been fully addressed. Based on the idea of 3-D heterogeneous deployment and different QoS requirements satisfaction, we propose a QoS-oriented multiple UAV-MBSs 3-D deployment algorithm, QoS-Prior, which optimizes the altitude and coverage radius of UAV-MBSs according to different QoS requirements. Moreover, the proposed algorithm models the deploying process of UAV-MBSs as calculating the optimal coordinates of the maximal QoS circles by utilizing the smallest enclosing circle problem. Numerical results show that our algorithm outperforms some baselines in terms of minimized UAV-MBSs under the constraints and achieves relatively low time complexity.
