This paper successfully demonstrates that the outer boundary of the Solar System is governed by a precise geometric equilibrium. By utilizing the Shteim Scaling Law for Gravitational Influence, we calculated that the central solar metric reaches its structural boundary at 544. 6 AU. This boundary represents the structural cradle where the Oort Cloud stabilizes. Rather than treating the Oort Cloud as a product of random external stellar encounters, the Shteim framework reveals it to be an inevitable, structurally mandated feature of global space-time architecture. We recommend further application of this scaling law to exoplanetary debris discs and stellar clusters to map out the sovereign geometric envelopes of diverse cosmic systems.
