Identifies barriers to physical education in elementary schools, suggesting education system improvements.
The research aims to: - Identify the obstacles preventing the implementation of indoor and outdoor physical education activities in elementary schools in the Dhi Qar Education Directorate from the perspective of female teachers. - To identify differences in results among female teachers in terms of years of service and educational qualifications. The research sample consisted of 137 female teachers randomly selected from the Dhi Qar Education Directorate, distributed across the provincial center, districts, and sub-districts. The researcher used a scale measuring barrier to the implementation of indoor and outdoor physical education activities in elementary schools, consisting of 47 items, which was designed in the master’s thesis from which this research was derived. The scientific foundations of the scale were established in terms of validity and reliability, while the mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance, and Duncan’s test were used as statistical tools within the SPSS statistical package
