This presentation was produced as part of the event “Pre-Restoration Activity: 17th-Century Organ.” It addressed a range of topics, including the characteristics of historic organs in Bologna, the figure of Francesco Traeri, the technical and historical features of the organ preserved in the Church of Santa Maria di Galliera (Via Manzoni 3, Bologna, Italy), and preliminary considerations regarding future restoration approaches.
