Reveals scale-hierarchical structure in gravitational lensing maps, suggesting new analytical frameworks.
This package presents the MEON framework as a reproducible diagnostic approach for detecting scale-hierarchical structure in gravitational lensing Kappa maps. The included audit sequence applies MEON-based and independent fractal-analysis pipelines to real Hubble Frontier Fields Kappa reconstructions from five galaxy clusters and multiple lensing model families, including Sharon, CATS, GLAFIC, Williams, and Bradac. The central result is that 25 real Kappa maps exhibit robust fractal-like or scale-free spatial organization across reconstruction families. In the preregistered R33 Copilot audit, the prediction that these maps should contain scale-hierarchical/fractal-like structure was supported across the tested sample. Q-values such as 21, 194, and 377 remain relevant as calibration and diagnostic markers, but the strongest current finding is the reproducible fractal/scale-hierarchical organization of the reconstructed mass fields. This work does not claim to prove a fundamentally fractal spacetime and does not replace the standard ΛCDM cosmological model. Instead, it establishes MEON as a structured, falsifiable research program for studying hidden scale-order, resonance-like behavior, and model-crossing spatial organization in gravitational mass maps.
