This article explores the shift to meaning-making in humans amid AI advancements, suggesting new skills for development.
Based on the author’s many years of observation and practical work, this article explores the fundamental transformation of human activity in the Era of artificial intelligence (AI). It demonstrates that traditional hard and soft skills are ceasing to be a competitive advantage, and the concept of a “profession” is gradually disappearing. AI acts as a universal executor and analyzer, leaving to humans exclusively human talents (exclusive talents): context management, deep emotional intelligence, decision-making under non-computable uncertainty, integration of seemingly unrelated information, creation of meanings, and existential resilience. The author proposes an original practice, the “Ekvilibro Game” — a method of achieving inner balance by working with dualities (good–evil, order–chaos, control–trust, and others). The article is addressed to researchers, psychologists, philosophers, leaders, and all who seek new models of development in the AI era.
