Artificial Intelligence (AI) has advanced so quickly that it has drastically changed how people interact and communicate in modern society. Chatbots, virtual assistants, automated translation systems, and social media algorithms are examples of AI-powered communication tools that are increasingly influencing social and cultural interactions worldwide. This study looks at how social interactions, cultural values, cultural identity, and cross-cultural communication are affected by AI-powered communication platforms. The goal of the study is to comprehend how these technologies affect people's social behavior patterns, emotional ties, and interpersonal relationships. The impact of AI communication technologies on cultural values and identity is further investigated in this study. Global networking and cultural exchange are made possible by AI-driven platforms, which facilitate easier communication between people from different backgrounds. However, an over-reliance on AI-mediated communication may have an impact on customs, languages, and social norms. The study also looks into how AI tools might help or hinder cross-cultural understanding in multicultural cultures. Deeper understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of AI-powered communication tools on interpersonal relationships and cross-cultural contact is anticipated from the study's findings. In order to preserve cultural variety and promote positive social interactions, the study may also aid in the responsible and culturally aware application of AI technology in communication.
