ABSTRACT Subluxation injuries to anterior teeth are prevalent in paediatric patients, often resulting from falls or sports trauma, necessitating proper stabilization to promote periodontal and pulpal healing. This case report describes a conservative management of subluxated maxillary central incisors in a 10-year-old male patient. Clinical examination revealed an enamel fracture of tooth 11 associated with laceration of lower lip in relation to the same region. Radiographic examination of the same tooth revealed widening of the periodontal ligament indicating traumatic changes in the tooth. The tooth 11 was diagnosed with Ellis class I fracture with subluxation which was also seen in tooth 12. This was stabilized using splinting. Tooth 84 ,74 and 64 showed deep dentinal caries approaching the pulp and was managed conservatively. The patient had a trauma prone profile. This case report highlights the importance of accurate diagnosis and appropriate management of traumatic dental injuries in paediatric patients, emphasizing the role of splinting in selected cases of subluxation to achieve favourable clinical outcomes.
