Modern theoretical physics, specifically Loop Quantum Gravity (LQG), posits a background-independent formalism in which the variable t (time) is absent from the fundamental equations of the universe. This atemporal ontology stands in direct contrast to the "manifest image" of human psychology, which is predicated on the linear continuity of the self and the phenomenological experience of flow (chronosthesia). This paper bridges the chasm between the discrete, timeless spin networks of LQG and the continuous temporal experience of the mind. By utilizing Carlo Rovelli’s Thermal Time Hypothesis and principles of thermodynamic entropy, I argue that the psychological arrow of time is not a detection of an external reality, but an epistemic artifact evolved to minimize variational free energy in a complex system. Consequently, the "Self" is re-evaluated not as a substantival entity persisting through duration, but as a relational narrative constructed to navigate a static network of quantum correlations.
