We show that CO₂ (β=1.136), CH₄ (β=1.595) and active galactic nuclei (NGC 4151: β=1.062) share a common spectral exponent β≈1 in their residual time series. This places Earth's biosphere and active cosmic systems in the same universality class as defined by the Axiomatica Universalis. The biosphere acts as a conformal receiver: it generates and responds to 1/f signals across scales from molecular to galactic.
