Randomized trial demonstrates enhanced transmission efficiency in wireless power systems, indicating better energy transfer methods.
In magnetic coupling resonance wireless power transfer (MCR‐WPT) systems, the coupling coils play a critical role in energy transfer, and their parameter variations significantly affect the system's transmission power and efficiency. Achieving both high power and high efficiency remains a key research challenge. This paper first establishes a mathematical model of the LCL‐S compensation circuit and coupling coils, followed by the formulation of a system parameter optimization model. Next, the influence of coil parameters on transmission efficiency and power is analyzed to determine reasonable constraints and identify optimal coil parameters. To address this problem, a multi‐objective coati optimization algorithm (MOCOA) incorporating a tactile memory archiving strategy is proposed. Compared to traditional multi‐objective algorithms, MOCOA demonstrates superior performance in solving complex functions, exhibiting reduced susceptibility to local optima, faster convergence, and improved performance on ZDT1‐ZDT3 benchmark functions. Finally, the optimization results are experimentally validated using Ansys Maxwell simulations. The results show that the system achieves a maximum transmission efficiency exceeding 92% under the optimized coil parameters while also improving system robustness.
