This article outlines a phased roadmap for the implementation and scaling of an integrated research ecosystem during the period 2026–2028. The proposed framework is divided into three operational stages: pilot deployment, infrastructural scaling, and international institutionalisation. For each stage, the paper identifies key milestones, implementation priorities, resource requirements, and expected deliverables. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between technical infrastructure, editorial workflows, and long-term organisational sustainability. The roadmap is intended not merely as a planning instrument, but also as a governance framework suitable for internal reporting, partnership negotiations, and strategic coordination across distributed research teams.
