Randomized trial examines moment convergence in m-WOD variables, suggesting improved consistency for estimators.
In this paper, under some general conditions, we study the complete l-th moment convergence and complete convergence for maximal randomly weighted sums of arrays of rowwise m-widely orthant dependent (m-WOD, for short) random variables. The results obtained in the paper extend and improve some known results. As an application, we give a result on complete consistency for the weighted estimator in the nonparametric regression model based on m-WOD errors. Additionally, we further perform a numerical simulation to verify the validity of the theoretical results.
