Training prepares collaboration leads in team norms and tools, suggesting enhanced group communication strategies.
This ESIIL training presentation prepares cohort 3 working group collaboration leads with information on expectations, tools on how to collaborate in teams, and some activities to generate norms around group communication, logistics, authorship, data management and other topics. This was an interactive training with break outs and the use of zoom whiteboards. These whiteboards are not included in this upload of the presentation for participant confidentiality. For those accessing this resource who are not related to ESIIL working groups, this presentation may have some useful activities for you to reference. Many of these we have used in our other ESIIL team science workshops. We recommend viewing our other workshops as those are geared more towards a general science audience.
