This is the last of 3 resources for ESIIL Working Group Collaboration Leads. This template slidedeck includes language and example questions for working groups to proactively discuss key components of their collaboration and to work through important team agreements. Here we have included agreements related to interpersonal dynamics, logistics, technical aspects as well as data sharing and attribution. All collaboration leads at ESIIL have access to this slidedeck, but we have provided a pdf for others who may be working on their own collaboration plans and agreements.
