This thesis models the role of non-linear mapping in driving cosmic and biological evolution, suggesting new protocols for complexity emergence.
This thesis further expands the framework of the "Universe OS" by focusing on the role of non-linear mapping and dissipative structures in driving cosmic and biological evolution. We model how the interaction between information feedback loops and thermodynamic openness generates complex, self-organizing systems. By formalizing these evolutionary dynamics within a rigorous mathematical and computational context, this paper reveals the fundamental protocols that allow complexity to emerge and stabilize throughout the cosmos.
