This thesis presents the core architectural framework of the "Universe OS," formalizing the computational laws that govern the emergence of spacetime and physical reality. Expanding upon the concepts of complex chaos and dual error correction, this paper details how the continuous execution of recursive algorithms processes raw information into structured cosmic laws. By bridging digital physics, non-linear dynamics, and informational philosophy, we establish a rigorous mathematical foundation for understanding the universe as a self-correcting, intelligent operating system.
