Demonstrates rapid screening of hydrogen-isotope-exchange reactions in controlled conditions, suggesting practical applications.
We developed a rapid screening protocol based on transfer deuteration using formic acid- d 2 as the deuterium source. These conditions allow rapid screening of up to 96 hydrogen-isotope-exchange reactions in a controlled and safe manner.
