Cyanobacteria found only in damp heat syndrome; higher Erysipelotrichia and Subdoligranulum in liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.
LDA Effect Size analysis revealed significant differences in Lachnospira, Olsenella, and Subdoligranulum between the two syndromes.
