Abstract

过去十年,中国通过国家公园体系、生态保护红线和旗舰物种保护等措施,在生物多样性保护方面取得了显著成就。但系统梳理发现,当前动物多样性保护研究与资源配置仍偏重脊椎动物或旗舰物种。而作为动物多样性主体并承担传粉、分解、物质循环及土壤改良等关键生态系统功能的无脊椎动物,在基础研究、监测与保护等方面投入均明显不足。当前以旗舰物种为导向的动物多样性保护范式,难以满足维持生态功能完整性的需要。为此,本文呼吁将无脊椎动物功能群纳入现有生物多样性保护框架,通过构建无脊椎动物功能群风险清单、创新生态功能监测范式,建立功能导向保护地网络,以及探索编制功能群红色名录等系列创新路径,推动无脊椎动物功能群保护被系统纳入国家法规、生态保护红线及国家公园规划。中国在生态系统多样性、政策制度、基础设施和科研组织能力方面均具备独特优势,有望率先推进功能导向的生物多样性保护,为全球生物多样性治理提供新的中国方案。
