34.0% of students consume caffeine once daily, while 34.8% consume it two to three times daily.
Higher caffeine intake is observed in females (AOR: 1.2, 95% CI: 0.82–1.81, p < 0.001) and non-nutrition students (AOR: 2.53, 95% CI: 1.65–3.86, p < 0.001).
Common withdrawal symptoms include headaches, muscle pain, and sleep disturbances, significantly linked to higher caffeine consumption (p < 0.001).
