The problem of assessing the heterogeneity of infrared photosensitive photodetectors (IRPDs) is considered. A statistical method for estimating and correcting for nonuniformity in IRPD parameters based on observed data is proposed. Experimental results illustrating the effectiveness of the method are presented.
