Variations in the psychophysiological state of resettlers who have moved from regions with a southern climate to permanent residence in the Far North are considered through the example of international students studying in the northern region of Russia. This type of relocation is accompanied by a stress response arising from a negative perception of the new environment. This makes it necessary to conduct monitoring of changes in the psychophysiological state of resettlers. For this purpose, we propose to assess the motor control abilities of subjects using the stop-signal paradigm, electroencephalogram monitoring, and machine learning methods for processing the collected data. A comprehensive method for analyzing the obtained data is proposed to detect anxiety from biophysical markers.
