Intimacy challenges affect cancer survivors and their partners but remain overlooked in care. Couple-Based Interventions (CBIs) aim to enhance intimacy. This scoping review mapped the literature on CBIs, identifying intervention components, delivery formats, measurements, and research gaps following the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Extension for Scoping Reviews (PRISMA-ScR) guidelines. Thirty-two studies published from inception to January 2026 were included. Most were conducted in Western countries and focused on breast and prostate cancers. Emotional intimacy was the most frequently assessed, while physical intimacy was rarely addressed. Psychosexual education and virtual delivery formats were common strategies. CBIs show promise, but standardized measures, cultural adaptation, and expanded provider roles are needed.
