<x>摘要：</x> 目的 探讨护患共识模式下的主动呼吸循环技术（ACBT）在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）患者肺康复锻炼中的应用效果。 方法 选取2025年3月—2025年9月泸州市叙永县人民医院收治的100例AECOPD患者为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组，各50例。对照组实施常规胸部物理干预，试验组在对照组基础上实施护患共识模式下的ACBT干预。比较两组系统评估评分、动脉血气分析、呼吸困难程度、活动耐力和生活质量。 结果 干预前，两组各项指标比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。干预后，试验组系统评估评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，试验组氧合指数高于对照组，动脉血二氧化碳分压低于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，试验组呼吸困难量表（mMRC）评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，试验组6分钟步行试验距离（6MWT）高于对照组，6分钟步行分级评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；随访30 d后，试验组慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试量表（CAT）评分低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 护患共识模式下的ACBT能有效改善AECOPD患者肺功能，提高活动耐力，提高生活质量。
