Demonstrates selector partitioning and floor localization in response operations, suggesting key implications for system diagnostics.
CDN-202 partitions the selector story after the source-side holdout. A universal fixed-source selector remains rejected: CDN-193 hits only two of three branches. The response operator localizes the floor problem but is diagnostic, not universal. The source/phase-gradient switch is frozen, response-kernel derived, and holdout-tested on both sides of the crossing. Closure remains local to the frozen switch and the CDN-179-style asymptotic-floor observable.
