Randomized trial evaluates production optimization models in enterprises, suggesting enhanced management efficiency under uncertainty.
The article considers mathematical models of optimization of production activities of the enterprise taking into account the uncertainty of the external environment. The methods of assessing the stability of the optimal production programs of the enterprise under conditions of changing parameters and criteria of optimality of the model are proposed. An approach to assessing the stability of solutions in the model of the production expansion project is proposed taking into account the restrictions on the volume of financing of such a project, as well as restrictions on the demand for products, production capacity, stocks of material resources. An approach to analyzing the stability of the model for choosing the optimal production program, including additional restrictions on the order, is considered. The proposed methods and models allow using the obtained optimal solutions not only with the initial values of the model parameters, but also with certain disturbances of these parameters, which will ensure the possibility of making management decisions under conditions of uncertainty of the external environment, increasing the efficiency of enterprise management, including the implementation of project management at manufacturing enterprises.
