Examines optimization strategies for ground object survey planning using Earth remote sensing spacecraft, indicating potential for enhanced data efficiency.
This paper examines the problem of improving the efficiency of survey planning for ground-based objects using Earth remote sensing spacecraft by optimizing the line-of-sight direction control process. Based on the formalization of the problem, a system of criteria and methods for solving the optimization problem are defined, taking into account the expected multiple increase in the number of spacecraft and the volume of acquired data. The results of a model-based evaluation of the proposed solutions are presented.
