Contemporaneous exhibit recording the first confirmation marker from Adversarial by Origin (EA-SEI-ADVERSARY-01, 10.5281/zenodo.20673413). On the day of deposit, the US government issued an export control directive ordering Anthropic to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for any foreign national. The directive—an executive instrument, not a statute or regulation—was triggered by a claimed jailbreak whose capability Anthropic assessed as routine, available from competitors, and used daily by defenders.
