Based on the theoretical basis of regular polygon flattening structures, this paper uses the basic division of regular heptadecagon rulers and compass for the physical explanation of structural subjects. The structure follows the fundamental norms of scientific development practice. In the compact regular polygon structure formed by the contraction of the regular 17-gon, the basic foundation, the relationship between straight and vertical lines in the intersection, requires infinite division within the structure and ensures the normative conservation of local angular momentum. In the basic specifications of this structure, a scientific quality can be formed that after atoms complete a blockade X-ray transition, they can reverse activate the four-dimensional spectral structure of the regular polygon. This paper analyzes the intrinsic scientific relationship between local and submodules in the local mass of angular momentum conservation and four-dimensional spectral structures, providing new ideas and theoretical support for interdisciplinary research on physical structure and the meaning of life.
