Framework proposes integrated preventive conservation strategy for cultural heritage, emphasizing interdependence among key dimensions.
This repository contains the full text of the article “A Holistic Multilayered Framework for Preventive Conservation in Cultural Heritage.” The study proposes an integrated conceptual framework that examines preventive conservation through three interdependent dimensions: social behaviors, managerial structures, and environmental–spatial conditions. By emphasizing alignment among these layers, the research reframes preventive conservation as a relational, context‑dependent, and adaptive practice applicable to both movable and immovable heritage. The materials provided here aim to support open access, enhance scholarly transparency, and facilitate reuse in research related to cultural heritage preservation, risk governance, and preventive conservation theory and practice.
