Abstract

– 28S and COI sequence data support the suspected closer relationship of the Atelurinae to the Coletiniinae rather than other subfamilies of the Nicoletiidae. A new species of silverfish Lepidospora (Brinckina) maceveyi sp. nov. is described from deep subterranean habitat of north-western Australia.
