Innovative Exploration on the Improvement of Teachers' Interdisciplinary Teaching Competency Driven by Artificial Intelligence

In the current era where artificial intelligence (AI) is deeply integrated into education, interdisciplinary teaching has become a main approach for cultivating innovative talents, and the interdisciplinary teaching competency of teachers urgently needs to be enhanced. This article defines the three core connotations of intelligent tool mastery, data insight and decision-making ability, and cross-border integration and innovation ability, and analyzes the internal logic of technology-driven competency improvement from the aspects of knowledge production, interaction paradigms, and evaluation feedback. Furthermore, it proposes three improvement strategies, including individual empowerment, school guarantee, and platform support, in order to provide theoretical and practical reference for enhancing teachers' interdisciplinary teaching competency driven by AI.
