We present a cosmological framework based on three axioms: (1) spatial ontological monism, (2) strict global zero-energy balance, and (3) eternal closed cyclic evolution through a geometric throat. The sole fundamental ontology is three-dimensional continuous space. Dark energy, dark matter, the inflaton field, and the four fundamental interactions (gravity, electromagnetism, strong and weak nuclear forces) are no longer independent entities but emergent macroscopic manifestations of local topological folds and elastic deformations of this spatial substrate. A full Hamiltonian formulation in ADM 3+1 form is provided. The elastic potential of space includes curvature-squared terms and a dynamical reference curvature, naturally producing an accelerating expansion that peaks at z1. 3 and subsequently declines (dark energy behaviour). Dark matter originates from topological defects (kinks, vortices) formed in the early universe and from nonlinear condensates of fold modes. Inflation is driven by the high-curvature elastic potential after the bounce, requiring no independent inflaton field. Gravity is interpreted as curvature elasticity of space; electromagnetism emerges from torsion defects (Cartan torsion) with U (1) symmetry arising from integer winding numbers; the strong nuclear force corresponds to trefoil‑knot topological defects, with SU (3) colour degrees of freedom and confinement due to linear tension; the weak nuclear force is a chiral twist defect, with masses acquired via a geometric Higgs mechanism induced by background curvature, and the weak mixing angle is predicted by the ratio of two torsion elastic constants: ²W 0. 231. At the bounce all defect types become indistinguishable, and the four forces unify into a single geometric action; after cooling, spontaneous symmetry breaking yields the observed forces. Thermal entropy resets at each bounce, while geometric entropy (large-scale curvature modes) is partially preserved via CPT‑mirror continuity, resolving the cyclic entropy paradox and explaining CMB low‑ anomalies as imprints of the previous contraction phase. Linear perturbations yield a propagating transverse mode (fold wave) with sound speed cₛ² = 1/3 (derived from incompressible spatial elasticity) and an effective mass term. The theory passes all nine major cosmological observational pillars (Pantheon+ supernovae, Planck 2018 CMB, B‑mode polarization, BBN, large-scale structure, BAO, gravitational‑wave sirens, strong lensing time delays, and dark matter phenomenology) with a Bayesian evidence ratio B9. 7 over CDM, achieved with zero additional free parameters. Fourteen major cosmological and physical anomalies — including the 5 Hubble tension, the 3 S₈ tension, the coincidence problem, the 120‑order vacuum catastrophe, and the cyclic entropy paradox — are resolved within a single, unified mechanism. Decisive falsification conditions with explicit time windows (2030–2035) are provided. The full numerical implementation is released as open‑source code.
