This analysis explores the relationship between cultural landscapes and ecological wisdom in traditional villages, suggesting conservation paths.
Traditional villages carry long agricultural civilizations in the evolution of human-land relations. Baima Tibetan villages in the Baimayu River Basin have developed unique cultural landscapes and indigenous ecological wisdom through long-term interaction with nature, which are deeply coupled and embody the ideal of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. This study focuses on constructing an analytical framework for the correlation between cultural landscapes and ecological wisdom, exploring their values, and proposing integrated conservation and development paths. Taking Rugongshan Village, Qiangqu Village, Anbandi Community of Shimengou Village, and Caoheba Village as cases, the research follows the logic of landscape analysis, wisdom interpretation, correlation measurement, and conservation planning.
