This framework proposes an effective emergent gravity model indicating gravitational phenomena arise from spacetime memory effects.
We present an effective emergent-gravity framework in which gravitational phenomenaarise as a delayed response of spacetime rather than from fundamental dark sectors. Themodel is built around an effective gravitational response field F(xμ) driven by the matterdensity ρ(xμ) through a density-dependent relaxation timescale τm(ρ), and further regulatedby a scale-, nonlinearity-, and redshift-dependent response factor μ(k, δ, z).At the phenomenological level, the framework is constructed to recover the GeneralRelativity (GR) limit in high-density regimes while allowing memory-driven deviations inlow-density, late-time environments. Within this effective description, the model reproducesqualitatively several key features often attributed to dark-sector physics, including regulatedstructure growth, modified lensing response, and dynamical offsets between matter andgravitational observables. We also propose a tentative covariant upgrade and identify a conservative variationalbackbone for the framework. The fully dissipative memory sector is not treated as theconsequence of a conventional local closed-system action, but rather as an open effectivecompletion consistent with coarse-grained dynamics. The purpose of this work is not to claima fully validated theory of gravity, but to present a self-consistent effective model that hasnow reached the stage where deeper theoretical and observational tests become meaningful.
