The End of Open Physics

All existing physical theories rely on external parameters and open structures.Such frameworks do not explain the origin of physical constants; they only reproducethem. We show that a closed quartic variational functional admits no externalinput and generates a discrete spectral hierarchy. The contraction factor L = 1/4is enforced algebraically, leading to a unique mass spectrum mk = E⋆Lk. Therst admissible non-trivial level yields the electron mass exactly, without ttingor calibration. This demonstrates that physical constants are not empirical inputsbut necessary consequences of a closed structure. Any theory requiring parameterinsertion is therefore not fundamental.
