Shows improved sleep quality with a smart pillow in users, indicating potential health benefits.
NeuroNights is a smart sensor-integrated pillow that improves sleep quality through real-time monitoring and intervention. Using a number of sensors and an ESP32 microprocessor, it monitors movement, heart rate, snoring, and sleep position all night long. When the pillow identifies abnormal sleep behaviors, including heavy snoring, abnormal breathing, or strange movement, its built-in vibration alarm gently warns the user without waking others. It also links to a smartphone app that allows users to monitor sleep habits, set smart alarms, and view real-time readings all of which integrate wellness, comfort, and technology into one innovative solution.
